Do I need to be an Elks member to rent the Lodge?
Rental eligibility and sponsorship requirements may depend on the type of event. Contact the Lodge and we'll explain the options available.
Can we serve alcohol?
The Lodge has a full bar. Alcohol service is subject to Lodge policies, staffing requirements and applicable licensing regulations.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes, outside catering may be permitted, but caterers must be properly licensed and approved for the event. The Lodge includes a prep kitchen for approved use. Please discuss your catering plans with the Lodge before making final arrangements.
Are tables and chairs included?
Tables and chairs are available. Final quantities, layouts and setup requirements will be confirmed with your rental.
Do you provide linens?
Linens are available and may be incorporated into eligible rental packages.
Can we have music or a DJ?
The venue includes a dance floor and sound/audio capabilities. Entertainment arrangements are subject to Lodge policies.
How early can we arrive to decorate?
Setup and decorating time depends on the rental package and other scheduled Lodge activities.
Is insurance required to rent the Lodge?
Event insurance or proof of liability coverage may be required depending on the type of event and planned activities. The Lodge will confirm the applicable insurance requirements during the rental review process before your reservation is finalized.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A rental or security deposit is required to reserve the facility. The applicable deposit amount, payment schedule, refund conditions and any additional fees will be provided with your rental information and agreement.
Do I need to complete an application to rent the Lodge?
Yes. A facility rental application is required so the Lodge can review your event details, requested date, expected attendance and planned use of the space. A submitted inquiry or tour request does not reserve the facility until the application and rental requirements have been approved.
Are there additional rental requirements or fees?
Depending on the event, additional requirements may include cleaning fees, insurance, licensed catering, bar service, staffing, security, linens, setup time or other event-specific items. Final requirements and fees will be confirmed by Temecula Valley Elks Lodge #2801 before booking.
Can we tour the venue before deciding?
Absolutely. Prospective renters are encouraged to schedule a tour and see the facility before reserving.
